Patrick Dwyer started Business Development Partners or BD Partners to provide small businesses access to professional business development as a service (BDaaS) without the overhead expense of a full-time employee and their associated complex commission and bonus structures. BDaaS fills the gap from the business’ early stages to the day you can support a full-time business development professional.
Using this unique blend of expertise, we develop and execute multi-disciplinary business development strategies and tactics that leverage all the dynamics that lead to winning more business and larger contracts.
Selected Achievements and Highlights:
● Built a struggling small business’ ServiceNow practice from $0 to $3.4M in six months, hitting 242% of the target
● Grew a single federal account from $0 to $30M in sustained annual revenue in professional services over three years
● Led the identification, pursuit, and capture of a $1B FedRAMP Cloud IDIQ, which led to the award of 6 task orders valuing $30M plus
● Successfully penetrated more than a dozen white space accounts with recognized revenue exceeding $75M in professional services
● Skilled with Capture Management following Shipley ideology, including executive briefings (color team reviews, executive reviews, status calls, teaming, solutions, and pricing)
● Received the “CGI Leader of the Pack” from then CGI President Donna Ryan award for exceeding all expectations in a business development role, beating out over 300 fellow BD peers
● Led the multiple proposal development efforts for STARSIII prime contract award and the companies GSA MAS 70 leveraging Shipley Methodology
● Led the proposal effort and award for a small business GSA MAS Cloud SIN, HAC SIN and IT SIN contracts leveraging Shipley Methodology
